Medical Consultation Services and treatment

Hong Kong Well Clinic offers a comprehensive range of general clinic services covering a wide range of common diseases as well as chronic diseases that require long-term management such as hypertension and diabetes for the convenience of the working population in Central. Doctors will provide you with personalized treatment plans based on your condition and health status, as well as all-round care, including medication management, health education and disease prevention.

The clinic is now participating in the Chronic Disease Co-care Pilot Scheme (CDCC Pilot Scheme), which aims to provide convenient diabetes and hypertension screening services to the public. Doctors will tailor-make health management plans according to the individual conditions of the participants to control the risk factors of chronic diseases, early prevention of chronic diseases and minimize the occurrence of related complications, so as to realize the concept of “family doctor for all”.

Services such as family doctor consultation, medication, laboratory tests, etc. are partially subsidized by the Government. Participants are only required to bear a co-payment determined by their family doctors, which makes it easier for them to receive the corresponding treatment and services.

Tele Medicine Consultation

For the convenience of the patients, Hong Kong Well Clinic provides Tele Medicine Consultation Service, which allows patients who are overseas or have serious medical conditions and are unable to come to the clinic in person to have a medical consultation at home or at any convenient place. Doctors will understand your condition and provide professional medical advice through video call.

Simply call the clinic to schedule an appointment, and the clinic nurse will explain how to use the Tele Medicine Consultation service. After the appointment, the clinic will deliver the medicine to your home through a logistics company.
