Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Service Fee Includes:

Doctor’s teleconsultation
Basic medication for 3 days
One free medication delivery. Additional prescribed medications will incur extra charges.

Appointment Booking:

Appointment times are subject to availability. Our staff will confirm your teleconsultation slot when you call the clinic.

Medication Delivery Schedule:

For consultations completed before 5:00 PM, free standard delivery on the same day. For consultation completed after 5:00 PM, same-day delivery will require HKD150 surcharge; free next-day delivery.

Your prescribed medication, receipt, and sick leave certificate (if applicable) will be delivered directly to your specified address.

Delivery Coverage:

Hong Kong main areas(free delivery).
Outlying islands (cash on delivery required):Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Hong Kong International Airport, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O.

Important Notes:

1. Patients must be physically located in Hong Kong during the teleconsultation.
2. Minimum age requirement: 6 years old.
3. Patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian during the consultation session.
4. Not for emergencies: Seek in-person medical care for urgent conditions.
5. Requests for sick leave certificates or referral letters must be made during the consultation —no post-consultation requests will be accepted.
6. If you decline additional prescribed medications please inform the doctor during the consulatation session.
